Any information that is retained by us is used solely for the purpose of contacting you regarding matters that may require your attention. We will not share your personal information without your consent, unless we are required to do so by law or while funeral arrangements are being made following your wishes. 

When pre-purchasing or reserving plots, it is necessary for us to obtain personal details from you, including details of next of kin. We kindly ask that you make your next of kin aware that you have shared their contact details with us, so that we can fulfil your wishes.
